We get it, we also change our minds sometimes! The tricky thing is, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes due to security reasons on your credit card or payment. What we can do is cancel your order for you (if it hasn’t been shipped) and you can place a new
order with your changes. This is one thing that definitely needs a human touch
- and we look forward to helping you!

If you are a tax-exempt organization located in New Jersey, please reach out to us and we’ll set you up as tax-exempt. (You will need to set up tax exempt status whether you are billing to a New Jersey address, or shipping to a New Jersey address.) All customers outside of New Jersey are tax-exempt.

Our custom tiered pricing model allows us to offer wholesale and bulk pricing to our entire crafting community. We love being able to serve our customers with the best possible pricing, no matter if they are a big or small business, or just crafty folk! However, if you need more than our highest tier offer, call us at 833-966-3732 and choose option 2 to get a quote on a custom bulk order.

We accept orders for custom cutouts with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. For
large items, the minimum order quantity is 20. You can also redeem your rewards
points for one special custom cutout with no minimum order! For custom order requests, email info@woodpeckerscrafts.com. Otherwise, we invite you to shop what’s available on our website. We’ve got a pretty nifty selection, if we do say so ourselves!

Like solid and sturdy? We do too! That’s why we use premium birch wood to make our wood turnings— and our cutouts are all created from premium birch plywood. All our wood parts come pre-sanded (cuz splinters are a no-no!) and are made to last. Some items are made from pine, oak, or poplar. Check the product description on each page to confirm the material. You can also use the filters on the left to help you find the right type of wood.

As a general rule, bottled acrylic paints and stains made for real wood will work well with our products.

To keep your wood parts beautiful, seal and shellac before using outdoors.

Most of our wooden craft parts are made of unfinished wood (see individual listings for the few that aren’t). For use with food, we recommend using a food-grade sealant. Please note: Though many of our customers use them with food, our products are not food-certified. 

Creating a return is simple. Just head to our return center and follow the prompts to create a return.

You'll select the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Here are the details of our return policy:

• A return must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We're sorry, but we will not be able to accept returns once the return window has passed.
• We offer completely free returns for any damaged items.

• Gift cards are not refundable except where provided under the law of your state. (But they're just like cash to spend exclusively at Woodpeckers!)

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of most returns.

Besides standard shipping, you’ll see expedited shipping options and rates at checkout - all customized to get you the best rate based on your location and package. Feel free to choose an expedited option if you need to kick off your project soon! Please note that the cut-off time for same-day fulfillment is 12:00 p.m. EST.

Fulfillment time: Most orders are shipped out from our warehouse within in 2-3 business days (Monday- Friday). Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be registered as next day. When you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, your order will be fulfilled same-day. Cutoff time is 12:00 p.m. EST. 

Shipping time: Depending on your state, standard delivery takes 2-7 business days. During peak holiday seasons, standard shipping & handling can take an additional 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping is free for orders $75.00 and above. 

Due to the unique size of our 60” and 72” dowels, we are not able to offer free shipping on orders containing these items.

• Orders $1.00-$35.00 have a shipping charge of $6.99.
• Orders $35.00-$75.00 have a shipping charge of $10.99.
• Orders $75.00 and above have free standard shipping.
• Due to the unique size of our 60” and 72” dowels, we are unable to offer free shipping on these items. Shipping charges are based on live rates dependent on carrier pricing, weight, and dimensions of your dowel purchase.

• If you are shipping to a PO Box, you’ll have the option to select USPS shipping at checkout. Please note, large items cannot be shipped to a  PO box.

If you choose standard shipping, the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS or UPS), is determined by the size and weight of your package. If you choose other shipping methods, you also have the option to choose your carrier at checkout.
