What’s included under free returns?
Items that arrived damaged or unusable are eligible for free returns. Additionally, items that arrive outside of an expected delivery window when expedited shipping was requested, may be eligible for free returns.
What is your return window?
A return must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We're worry, but we will not be able to accept returns once the return window has passed.
How and when is my refund processed?
As soon as your return arrives back at our facility and we can verify that all the items are there, you’ll receive your store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, depending on which refund method you choose.
What about international (outside the USA) orders?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns on international (outside the USA) orders.
