How do I join Craft & Credit?
Create a Woodpeckers account with your name and email. That's the whole sign-up, and you'll get 250 points right away. If you already have an account, you're already a member.
Does it cost anything?
No. Craft & Credit is free for every Woodpeckers customer.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every order: 5, 7 or 10 points per $1 depending on your tier. You can also earn bonus points for signing up (250), on your birthday (1,000), for writing a product review (200), for following us on Facebook and Instagram (50 each) and for referring friends (1,000). Make sure you're logged in when you check out.
How do I use my points?
Every 200 points is worth $1. Once you have 1,000 points, you can redeem them for $5 off, with larger rewards as your balance grows. Your balance appears in your cart. Click to apply it and the discount shows up before you pay. You can also redeem from this page.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after you earn them. We'll send you a reminder before any expire, and placing an order keeps them active.
How do the tiers work?
Everyone starts as a DIY Dabbler. Spend $250 in 12 months to become a Creative Enthusiast, or $750 to become a Master Maker. Higher tiers earn more points per dollar, access to larger vouchers and rewards, and surprise bonus-points days.
How do I get my birthday points?
Add your birthday to your account. When the day comes, we'll add 1,000 points to your account.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your referral link. Your friend gets $5 off their first order, and you get 1,000 points ($5) when they spend $25.
Do wholesale and bulk orders earn points?
Yes. Every order placed while logged in to your account earns points, including orders with volume discounts. For custom quotes, call your wholesale rep at 1 (877) 454-8748 or email sales@woodpeckerscrafts.com.
