Made for easy use on a paper roll dispenser – Hanging craft paper rolls is easy with a convenient plastic cap. Ours measures 1-1/8" and slides right onto a 7/8” dowel rod. Painting or partying? Returns

If your item is damaged in any way, we will replace it for free. If for personal reasons, you’d like to return an item you purchased, unused of course, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send you a return shipping label and credit your original order, minus a 10% restocking fee.
